Eligibility

Ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness, per HUD’s definition.

Many are aging out of foster care, escaping abusive environments, or facing family rejection, especially those identifying as LGBTQ+. Addressing homelessness among this demographic requires targeted interventions that combine housing support with education, job training, and mental health services to help them achieve long-term stability and independence.
